Cancellation Policy

Dear Valued Customers, Thank you for choosing W Saloon Pte Ltd. We value your time and commitment to our services. To ensure that all clients receive the best possible experience, we hope to get your attention on our company reservation policies. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the policies below : Any changes (modification/cancellation) to your booking must be made at least 24hr before your appointment. Cancellation notice made within this time frame allow us to accommodate other clients. Modification or cancellation of appointments within 24hr/last min, will result to a requirement for a 50% deposit to secure the clients new bookings. For last-minute cancellations, the 50% deposit will be forfeited. In the event of no-show, if you do not show up for your appointment and fail to notify us in advance, your 50% deposit will be forfeited. After 3 consistent appointment fulfilled without any cancellation, the system will automatically update and revise on the deposit request. We understand that emergencies happen. In case of unavoidable situations, please kindly contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion. However, we are happy to assistance you to reschedule appointments to a more convenient time if sufficient notice is given. Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation.
